If your agency is already listed in the Wayfinder provider directory, you can claim it to gain full management access β including editing your profile, receiving RFP notifications, and submitting proposals.
Step 1: Go to the Claim Profile Page
Navigate to the Claim Profile page. You'll need to be signed into a Provider Agency account to proceed. If you don't have an account yet, create one first.
Step 2: Search for Your Agency
Use the search field to find your agency by name. When you find it in the results, click through to your agency's page and click Claim Profile. This submits a verification request to the Wayfinder team.
Step 3: Wait for Verification
Verification is typically completed within a few business hours, but can take up to 2 business days. While your request is pending, your account will show a "processing" message. You won't be able to edit your profile or submit proposals until verification is approved.
We may follow up via email to request additional documentation from HCPF if needed.
After Approval
Once verified, you'll have full access to:
Edit all profile tabs (services, locations, waivers, counties, and more)
Receive RFP notification emails
Submit proposals on open RFPs
