Before you can edit your profile or submit proposals on Wayfinder, your agency must go through a one-time verification process. Here's what to expect at each stage.
Timeline
Verification is typically completed within a few business hours. At most, it can take up to 2 business days. The review is manual and follows the same process for all requests β it cannot be expedited, even for urgent RFPs.
In some cases, we may follow up via email to request additional documentation from HCPF before we can approve your request.
Statuses
Pending
Your verification request has been submitted and is under review. You can log into Wayfinder, but you cannot edit your profile or submit proposals until approved.
Approved
Verification is complete. You now have full access to:
Edit all profile tabs (services, locations, waivers, counties, and more)
Receive RFP notification emails
Submit proposals on open RFPs
Rejected
Your request was not approved. Your account will show the reason for the rejection. You can review the reason, make the necessary corrections, and resubmit a new claim.
