SSO Login: What's Different for Case Managers

What to expect if your organization uses Single Sign-On to access Wayfinder.

Updated today

Some case management agencies (CMAs) use Single Sign-On (SSO), which lets you log into Wayfinder through your organization's identity provider instead of a separate email and password.

What's Different With SSO

  • Password field is disabled. Your password is managed by your employer, not Wayfinder. To reset it, contact your IT or HR department.

  • Phone number can't be added. The phone number field in account settings is not available for SSO users.

  • CMA association is automatic. You're linked to your agency as soon as you log in β€” no manual setup needed.

Everything else works the same. SSO users have full access to all case manager features: RFPs, individuals, lists, analytics, and account settings.

Who Uses Email/Password Instead

Provider agencies and individuals always log in with email and password, regardless of their organization's setup.
