Wayfinder has three account types, and the one you choose at sign-up determines what you can access. If you selected the wrong one, you won't be able to change it yourself — but support can fix it quickly.
The Three Account Types
Individual or Family Member — Read-only access to the public provider directory. No RFP or client management tools.
Case Manager — Access to RFPs, individuals/clients, provider lists, and analytics. For staff at case management agencies (CMAs).
Provider Agency — Access to the RFP submission dashboard and agency profile management. For Medicaid HCBS provider agencies.
How to Fix It
Contact us and let us know which account type you need. We'll update it for you — you don't need to create a new account.
