The analytics dashboard gives case managers a snapshot of RFP activity across their CMA. Here's what's available and how to use it.
Who Can Access Analytics
Analytics are available to case managers whose CMA is enrolled in the Wayfinder RFP program. Navigate to Analytics from your dashboard.
What's Included
The dashboard shows the following for your selected time period:
Summary counts — Total new RFPs, Placed RFPs, and Closed RFPs
RFP timeline — A daily chart of RFP activity over time
Outcome distribution — Breakdown of how RFPs were closed
Top selected providers — Providers most frequently chosen for placements
Most active providers — Providers submitting the most proposals
Top services, waivers, and counties — Most common service types, Medicaid waivers, and geographic areas across your RFPs
Time Period Options
Filter data by: 7 days, 14 days, 30 days (default), or 90 days. For a custom date range, contact us.
Exporting Analytics
Use the export option on the dashboard to download analytics data as an Excel/CSV file.
