How to Receive Provider Proposals by Email

How clients and families can receive provider proposal notifications by email through their case manager.

When providers respond to your RFP, you can receive those responses directly by email β€” without needing to log into Wayfinder. Here's how it works and how to get set up.

How to Get Added to the Notification List

Your case manager controls the RFP notification list. To receive provider proposals by email, ask your case manager to add your email address to the RFP's notification list. You don't need a Wayfinder account for this β€” you just need to provide your email address to your CM.

What You'll Receive

Each time a provider submits a proposal on your RFP, you'll receive an email notification. The email includes:

  • Details about the provider's response

  • A link to the provider's Wayfinder profile so you can learn more about their services, locations, and background

What You Won't See

Proposals are not displayed inside a Wayfinder account for Individuals and Families β€” they're sent by email only. If you're not receiving emails you expect, check your spam folder and confirm with your case manager that your email address has been added.
