Wayfinder doesn't have a standalone document library on your agency profile. Instead, you can attach brochures, PDFs, and other marketing materials directly when submitting a proposal β€” putting them in front of the case manager and client at exactly the right moment.

How to Attach a Document to a Proposal

  1. Go to your RFP dashboard and open an RFP you want to respond to.

  2. Click to submit a proposal.

  3. On the proposal submission form, use the file attachment field to upload your document.

  4. Complete the rest of your proposal and submit.

The attached file will be visible to the case manager alongside your proposal response.

  • Use this to share agency brochures, service overviews, staff bios, or any materials that help make your case.

  • Keep attachments relevant to the specific RFP β€” a tailored one-pager will land better than a generic packet.
