Setting Up RFP Notification Email Addresses

How to add and manage the email addresses that receive RFP alerts for your agency.

Wayfinder sends RFP alert emails to a dedicated list of addresses on your agency profile β€” not to your login email by default. Here's how to set that up.

Where to Find It

Go to your agency profile and open the General tab. Look for the RFP Notification Emails field.

How It Works

  • You can add up to 5 email addresses.

  • These addresses are separate from your login email. Your login email does not automatically receive RFP notifications.

  • Any changes you make take effect on the next RFP sent β€” they won't apply retroactively to RFPs already distributed.

  • This field is shared across all team members linked to your agency.

Other Notification Settings

There are two additional places where notifications are managed:

  • RFP notifications master toggle β€” Found at RFP Settings. Turns all RFP email notifications on or off for your account.

  • Per-type notification preferences β€” Found at your account notifications. Controls RFP status updates, reminders, and responses individually.
