Once a proposal has been submitted on Wayfinder, you can edit or withdraw it yourself, right from your dashboard — no need to contact support.
Editing a Submitted Proposal
Go to your RFP dashboard, find the RFP, and open the row's menu (···). Select Edit Response, make your changes — including adding or removing attachments — and save. Editing automatically re-scores your proposal against the RFP, and the case manager is notified by email that your response was updated. Edit Response is only available while the RFP is still Open.
Withdrawing a Submitted Proposal
From the same row menu, select Withdraw Response and confirm. The case manager is notified by email that you've withdrawn, and your dashboard badge updates to Withdrawn. Withdrawing doesn't delete your proposal — if you change your mind while the RFP is still open, open the row menu again and select Resubmit Proposal to bring it back.
Checking If You've Already Applied
If you're unsure whether you've already submitted a proposal for an RFP, go to your RFP dashboard and use the Status filter to select Applied. This shows every RFP you've responded to, whatever its current status — Applied, Selected, Not selected, Withdrawn, or closed with a reason key. See Understanding RFP Statuses on Your Dashboard for what each badge means.
