Editing or Withdrawing a Submitted Proposal

What to do if you need to change or withdraw a proposal after it's been submitted.

Updated today

Once a proposal has been submitted on Wayfinder, it cannot be edited directly. There is also no self-serve option to withdraw. Here's what to do depending on what you need.

Editing a Submitted Proposal

Proposals cannot be edited after submission. If you need to make a correction, contact us and describe what needs to change. The support team can make minor corrections on your behalf.

Withdrawing a Submitted Proposal

There is no self-serve withdrawal option. If you need to withdraw a proposal entirely, contact us with the RFP details and your reason for withdrawing.

Checking If You've Already Applied

If you're unsure whether you've already submitted a proposal for an RFP, go to your RFP dashboard and use the Status filter to select Applied. Any RFPs with a status of Applied – Open or Applied – Closed are ones you've already responded to.
