If you see the message "Your profile doesn't match this RFP yet" when trying to submit a proposal, it means your agency's profile doesn't currently reflect everything this RFP requires — the service, the waiver, or the service area.
Why This Happens
Before you can submit a proposal, Wayfinder checks that your profile lists the specific service and Medicaid waiver the RFP requires, and that your agency's service area covers it (either because the RFP is statewide, or because your declared counties — and CMA association, for non-LTSS waivers — overlap with it). If any of these don't match, you'll see this message instead of the proposal form.
How to Fix It
Step 1: Check your Services & Waivers tab
On your agency profile, open the Services & Waivers tab. Confirm the specific service and specialty code the RFP requires is checked, along with the matching Medicaid waiver. Add anything missing and save.
Step 2: Check your Service Areas tab
Open the Service Areas tab and confirm your declared counties cover the RFP's location, or that your agency is set up to receive statewide RFPs.
Step 3: Try submitting again
Return to the RFP and try submitting your proposal again.
