How to Boost an RFP to Re-Notify Providers

How to use the Boost RFP option to re-notify matched providers who haven't responded yet.

Updated today

If an open RFP hasn't received enough proposals, you can use the Boost RFP option to re-notify matched providers who haven't responded yet.

How to Boost an RFP

  1. Go to your RFP dashboard and open the RFP you want to boost.

  2. On the RFP detail page, click Boost RFP.

  3. Wayfinder will re-send notifications to all matched providers who have not yet submitted a proposal.

When Boosting Is Available

Boosting is only available for RFPs in Open status. It is not available for Pending, Placed, or Closed RFPs.

Who Gets Re-Notified

Only providers who match the RFP's service, waiver, and county criteria β€” and who have not yet submitted a proposal β€” will receive the boost notification. Providers who have already applied will not be re-notified.

When to Use It

Boost is most useful when an RFP has been open for a while with few or no responses.
