Need to share an RFP with a provider who doesn't have a Wayfinder account yet, or keep a copy for your records? You can now download an RFP as a PDF from either the case manager or provider view.
How to Download
Case managers: open the RFP from your RFP dashboard and go to its details page.
Providers: open the RFP from your RFP dashboard to view its details.
Click Export in the top right of the page and choose Download PDF.
The PDF mirrors exactly what a provider sees on the RFP page, with the same redactions — it never includes a case manager's contact information or a full street address, and any fields marked hidden on the RFP stay hidden in the PDF. It closes with a link back to the live RFP so a signed-in provider can respond directly.
This is different from Exporting Proposals as a PDF, which exports the proposals providers have submitted in response to an RFP. Downloading the RFP itself exports the request, not the responses to it.
