Your RFP dashboard shows all RFPs you've received or interacted with. Every RFP has a color-coded status badge — hover any badge for the specific reason, or click the ? icon next to the Status filter for the full legend.

Closed Reason Keys
If an RFP closes without your agency being selected, its badge (for example, Applied - NS) includes a short key noting why the case manager closed it. Hover the badge for the full sentence, or use this legend:
W — RFP withdrawn
NR — No response from family
CP — Family kept current provider
NS — No suitable provider found
RP — Plan being reevaluated
NP — RFP received no responses
Filtering by Status
Use the Status filter on your dashboard and select Applied to see every RFP you've responded to, no matter its current status — including ones now showing as Selected, Not selected, Withdrawn, or closed with a reason key.
When to Expect a Response
You don't need to wait on an email to know where things stand — your dashboard badge updates as soon as the case manager records an outcome. If you're selected, you'll also receive an email notification.
