Understanding RFP Statuses on Your Dashboard

What each RFP status means on your provider dashboard, and how to filter by status to find RFPs you've applied to.

Updated today

Your RFP dashboard shows all RFPs you've received or interacted with. Here's what each status means.

Status Definitions

Open

The RFP is active and accepting proposals. You have not yet submitted a proposal for this one.

Applied – Open

You've submitted a proposal for this RFP, and it's still open. The case manager hasn't made a placement decision yet. Your proposal is under consideration alongside any others that have been submitted.

Applied – Closed

You submitted a proposal, and the RFP has since closed. A decision was made, but you were not selected. Only the chosen provider receives a notification.

Placed

A provider was selected for this RFP and a placement was made. The RFP is complete.

Closed

The RFP ended without a placement — for example, the client decided to stay with their current provider, or no suitable match was found.

Filtering by Status

Use the Status filter on your dashboard to narrow your view. To see all RFPs you've already applied to, filter by Applied — this shows both Applied – Open and Applied – Closed.

When to Expect a Response

If you're selected, you'll receive an email notification within approximately six weeks of submitting. Not all proposals receive a direct response — only the provider the client and case manager choose is notified.
