Understanding the "Accepting Clients" Toggle

What the Accepting Clients toggle does, where to find it, and when to use it.

Updated today

The Accepting Clients toggle on your agency profile lets case managers know whether your agency is currently open to new referrals.

Where to Find It

Go to your agency profile and open the General tab. The toggle is listed alongside your other general settings.

What It Does

When the toggle is on, your profile signals to case managers that you are open to new clients. When it's off, it communicates that you are not currently accepting new referrals.

This is an informational signal only β€” it is visible to case managers browsing the provider directory and reviewing proposals. It does not block you from submitting proposals on open RFPs regardless of how it's set.

When to Use It

Turn the toggle off if your agency is at capacity and you want to let case managers know upfront, without having to turn down proposals individually. Turn it back on when you're ready to accept new clients again.
