Filters
To find relevant providers, combine as many filters as needed. The available options are:
Services: Examples include Behavioral Services, Speech Therapy, Adaptive Recreation, and more.
Waivers & Insurances: Such as DD Waiver, CES Waiver, UnitedHealthcare.
Case Management Agencies: Particularly helpful for case managers referring clients to local service providers. We recommend case managers always use this filter.
Care Settings: In-person, virtual, or community-based.
Ages: Narrow down by client age range, such as children, teenagers, or adults.
Languages: Filter by languages spoken by staff members.
Service Areas: Select the county covered by the provider's service area.
For example, here are a few common searches that we see:
Individual Residential Supports and Services (service filter), DD Waiver (waivers & insurances filter), A&I Avenues (case management agency filter).
Supported Community Connections (service filter), SLS Waiver (waivers & insurances filter), Developmental Pathways (case management agency filter).
Adding too many filters can limit your search results. We recommend starting with broad filters like service, case management agency, and Medicaid waiver. Then, you can narrow down by languages and ages.
Once filters have been selected, the number of active filters will appear in the top left. You can remove them to reset your search by clicking "Clear all".
Search Results
You'll notice that once filters are selected, the search results and interactive map update automatically. These providers match all your search criteria.
We display the total number of results at the top. You can scroll through the results and switch between pages to view the next set of results.
Interactive Map
Similar to Google Maps, you can pinch and zoom the map on the right to see each provider's locations. Hovering over a provider's card in the search results will highlight the pins in green. You can also click on a pin to display the location's address and other information.
Provider Profiles
To learn more about a specific provider, click on their search result. This will redirect you to a separate page without losing your current search criteria.
